​Services Provided

The Jet Set offers professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Driveways, patios, decking, and paving
- External walls, fascias, soffits, and cladding
- Gutter cleaning
- Commercial and shopfront cleaning

A description of your service will be provided in a written quote.

The Jet Set does not provide a waste disposal service, subsequently, all waste generated is to be disposed of at the property.

Quotations & Pricing

All quotes are free and valid for 31 days unless otherwise agreed. Any extension to this period is at the discretion of The Jet Set.
Prices are based on the size of the area, materials to be cleaned, condition of the materials and access to the area.
Additional costs may apply if services are requested beyond the initial quote. The additional services may need to be booked at a later agreed date if unable to be completed within the initial timeframe.
VAT (if applicable) will be clearly stated.

Bookings & Cancellations

A booking is confirmed once a date is agreed upon and confirmation is sent via email, text or WhatsApp.
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the job may be subject to a £30 call-out fee.

Access & Site Requirements

The client must ensure clear, safe access to the site and a working external water supply within 20m.
Power may be required depending on equipment – this will be confirmed during quotation.
The area must be free of obstructions, fragile items, and pets or children during service. If you require items to be moved from the cleaning site, this must be stated before the initial quotation.

Any health or safety concerns must be disclosed beforehand.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our services.

Unsafe working environments may lead to cancellation or refusal of work.

 

Liability & Disclaimer

While The Jet Set takes all reasonable care, we are not liable for:
  - Pre-existing damage to surfaces or pointing
  - Damage to poorly laid, fragile, or weathered surfaces
  - Flooding caused by inadequate drainage
Clients must inform us of any vulnerable materials or areas (e.g., flaking paint, loose tiles).

Weather Conditions

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, frost).
We aim to provide as much notice as possible in these circumstances.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted methods: Bank Transfer, Card, or Cash.
Late payments beyond 7 days may incur a £15 late fee and interest at 2% per month.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver the highest standard of cleaning but if you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds are at our discretion and will only be considered if we are unable to rectify the problem.

​

Insurance

The Jet Set is fully insured with public liability cover up to £1,000,000 (One Million Pounds Sterling).
Certificates available upon request.

Photography & Marketing

We may take before/after photos/videos for insurance and marketing purposes.
No personal data will be shared.

Images/video obtained may be posted but every effort will be taken to not display private information, such as registration plates, road names or numbers.

Your permission will be requested for the use of these images/videos. If you do not wish for the images/videos to be utilised for marketing purposes please contact The Jet Set in writing.

Complaints

Please submit any complaints in writing within 5 working days of service.
We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve the matter within 7.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

By accessing our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access or transmit harmful content.

All website content is the property of The Jet Set or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced without written permission.
